A Mega Job Fair

    Donbosco Polytechnic College conducted a job fair for the outgoing students on 30th July 2021 at Basin Bridge.The registration was started by 10 AM. Our college Rector and Secretary Fr. Johnson SDB gave a welcome speech and encouraged the students to secure a job in esteemed company. Mr. Mohan President, TANSIA gave a brief talk to the fresher’s who just graduated from Don Bosco Polytechnic College and the students were addressed by Mr. Charles EX-NIMI staff.

    Promax Enterprises Pvt LtdHR team interviewed the students and chose all those deserving candidates. PromaxEnterprises PvtLtd is a Government authorized nodal agency which acts as a third party in securing Jobs for the deserving students in reputed companies through Government Stipend program called NAPS Scheme. Promax and Donbosco Polytechnic College had already signed an MOU with regard to the collaborative network in skill Training and subsequent Placement.  Promax has around 18 companies in their NAPS Scheme and students were placed in these companies.

    Also other Companies who came for recruitment namely Valedo, Mitsuba, Schneider electric, Airtel installation recruited their new employees.

    This Job Fair was a great success. Around 52 candidates registered for the job fair. Among those registered candidates 46 got placed within a package of 2,16,000 per annum to 1,44,000 per annum .

    As a Salesianinstitution this job fair was mainly focused on helping the graduating class to get their first job. Many students showed Interest and right attitude and secured the right job in their life.
